Whether it is about weight loss, stress management, or work-life balance focus, I help my clients look at all areas of their life that affect their well-being. These areas include: work out patterns, career paths, relationships, eating habits and nutrition choices, how our emotions and belief system influence our wellness and how we nourish the very essence of our spirit. I will work closely with my clients to help them develop greater self awareness and self acceptance, to identify their personal values, their desires to change and to take responsibility for their own behaviour. I will guide my clients to identify resources that they already possess in order to make changes, but also potential barriers to success and how to overcome those.

Being healthy and happy is not about arriving at a destination, is a lifelong process and this journey is our own responsibility.
